For more than 25 years, Roxana Hadad, PhD, has devoted her career to expanding computing education to learners from historically marginalized populations. As a researcher and program designer, Hadad has been focused on elevating the voices of students and educators in developing learning experiences that value interest, cultural experience and identity. In her role as Co-Executive Director of Processing Foundation, she works to bring the criticality, expressiveness, and joy of the arts into learners' exploration of computing.
