Peter Rong is a Ph.D. student in Computer Graphics at Washington University in St. Louis, advised by Professor Tao Ju. His research focuses on geometric processing and topology-aware algorithms for volumetric data, including topology repair, persistent homology, and robust 3D modeling. He develops efficient and scalable methods that bridge theory and practice in large-scale 3D geometry processing.
