Kevin Laibson is a director, producer, and educator working at the intersection of live performance, XR, and computational storytelling. He is Senior Experience Director at Agile Lens, where he leads research and development on virtual rehearsal systems, immersive performance tools, and real-time spatial collaboration. His work spans theater, VR, and hybrid live/virtual productions, and has been presented at international festivals, academic conferences, and performance venues. Kevin teaches improvisation and performance at NYU and the Atlantic Theatre Acting School, and his research focuses on embodied rehearsal, liveness, and human–AI collaboration in performance systems.
