Taruto Fuyama is an animation artist and researcher whose work spans 3DCG animation, creative technologies, and education. His film *FRANK*, based on a comic by Jim Woodring, received the Excellence Award at the Japan Media Arts Festival and was selected for the SIGGRAPH Electronic Theater. Since the 2000s, he has developed animation production tools and led interactive exhibitions worldwide. His stop-motion app *KOMA KOMA for iPad* has exceeded four million downloads. His recent work focuses on animation-based educational materials for mental healthcare and inclusive art education. He also serves in leadership roles across several animation organizations.
