Sirak is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in the visual effects industry, having previously worked at OTOY and as a Staff Research Engineer at Industrial Light & Magic. For the past six years, his work has focused specifically on using neural networks for computer vision and neural face rendering. His notable credits include contributing to the face replacement of Luke Skywalker in The Book of Boba Fett and the de-aging of Harrison Ford in Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny. Sirak's innovative work has been recognized by his peers, earning a VES nomination for his work on Luke Skywalker, and receiving a Hollywood Professional Association (HPA) Award for spearheading the integration of NerfStudio into ILM's pipeline.
