Evan is a Senior Principal Research Scientist with Autodesk Research, where he leads research into motion generation workflows for character animation. Evan recently co-created MotionMaker, Maya's new motion generation system that helps animators quickly create high-quality, controllable character motion from simple inputs. Evan received both his Bachelor and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and has been with Autodesk ever since.
