Biography
Nefeli Manoudaki is an architect-engineer and a PhD student in the Media Arts and Technology (MAT) program at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Her research investigates the computational translation of invisible biological signals into perceptible, adaptive architectural environments. Her methodology transcends static architectural paradigms, generating novel forms through the crossbreeding of biological agency and computational logic. Her research and collaborative works have been presented internationally at venues including Ars Electronica, ISEA, ACM SIGGRAPH, IEEE VISAP, Currents New Media, and more.
