Haipeng Mi is a Professor in the Department of Information Art and Design at Tsinghua University, China, and a guest researcher at the Tsinghua University Future Lab. His research focuses on natural user interfaces, tangible interaction, creative media authoring tools, digital fabrication, human–robot interaction, interactive surfaces and spaces, and interactive art. He has published over 40 peer-reviewed papers in leading venues including CHI, UIST, and SIGGRAPH Asia.
