With nearly three decades of experience, Bob Winter has shaped the visual language of some of cinema’s most iconic franchises. Bob began his career at Sony Pictures Imageworks, contributing to tentpole features including The Amazing Spider-Man and The Amazing Spider-Man 2. During his tenure at MPC, he served as VFX Supervisor on major blockbusters such as Suicide Squad, Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, and Godzilla: King of the Monsters.

Most recently, Bob leant his expertise to the critically-acclaimed adaptation of Andy Weir’s Project Hail Mary. Collaborating closely with directors Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, he was charged with realizing their ambitious vision: supervising the creation of immersive interior ship environments and breathing life into the complex alien character, Rocky. This follows his work on Zack Snyder’s Rebel Moon saga for Netflix, where he tackled the challenge of building an entirely new cinematic universe.
