Mingming He works as a senior research scientist at Netflix Eyeline Studios, focusing on research in data-driven image and video synthesis as well as neural rendering and image-based rendering of both general content and human faces. She has contributed to several projects related to image color style synthesis, video motion editing and generation, face image manipulation and stylization, and 3D face and scene modeling, stylization, and editing based on neural rendering. Some of these works have been published in top conferences or transactions in Computer Vision and Graphics. She earned her Ph.D. degree in Computer Science & Engineering from HKUST, and completed a research internship in the Visual Computing Group of Microsoft Research Asia, followed by a postdoctoral scholar position at USC Institute for Creative Technologies.
