Vanessa Wirth was born in Schwabach, Germany, in 1996. She received the M.Sc. degree in computer science from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU), Erlangen, Germany, in collaboration with the Technical University of Munich, Munich, Germany. She is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree with the Chair of Visual Computing, FAU. Her research interests include the intersection of computer graphics, computer vision, and machine learning. She is particularly interested in surface reconstruction and motion tracking of nonrigid objects using radar-based and optical sensor systems.
