2. Aurora: Real-Time Co-Sculpting of Mesh-Based Multi-Agent Geometry for Fabrication-Aware Design
DescriptionAurora is a real-time co-sculpting system for fabrication-aware architectural mesh design. It enables designers to paint behavioural activity, sculpt dense multi-agent geometry, and read curvature and draft-angle analysis overlays within one live viewport. By keeping gesture, simulation, and fabrication feedback active in the same modelling session, Aurora allows emergent ornamental geometry to be redirected, repaired, and fabrication-tuned during form finding. The system is demonstrated through built polymer and sandstone fabrication projects.
