17. Appearance-Invariant Detection of Suggestive Motion via Laban Movement Descriptors
DescriptionWe present a privacy-preserving moderation pipeline that flags suggestive motion in online virtual environments from body movement alone -- no pixels, clothing, or body shape -- by classifying interpretable Laban Movement Analysis descriptors computed from 3D skeletons, matching a fine-tuned deep video model on the same appearance-free motion while computationally confirming choreographic theory's prediction that suggestiveness is carried by indirect use of space.
