DescriptionWe present a pipeline transforming fragile historical costumes into dynamic digital assets through Generative Re-imagination. Bridging the gap between limited physical access and production needs, our novel method unifies multiple 3DGS models into seamless animated representations. Practical examples include digital actors and animated virtual fashion shows for XR & VP.
