DescriptionDeploying GPU rendering across large-scale film pipelines requires balancing performance, scalability, and visual fidelity. In this session, SideFX and Rodeo FX will discuss Karma XPU’s capabilities in high-end production rendering. Mark Elendt will provide an overview of Karma XPU’s architecture and its integration of NVIDIA RTX technology, while Julien Héry and Scott Coates will examine practical applications from recent major productions. The session will cover GPU rendering at scale within an OpenUSD-based pipeline, from look development through final frame delivery.
