The OpenUSD Roundtable: Using an Open Source File Format in Film and Game Dev Pipelines
DescriptionOpenUSD has long been used to great success in the movie and VFX industries. The game development world is starting to use it too, but is reckoning with workflows that were built for movies rather than games. How have studios reconciled these differences, if at all, and what can we learn from both film and games that helps us all make better 3D workflows?

This is a roundtable in which everyone who wants to can participate to discuss their experiences with OpenUSD in their pipelines, as well as those who want to ask questions about whether they should use OpenUSD in their pipeline.

Questions can be submitted during the roundtable. For example, these may include topics such as:
1. What are issues you have bumped into when implementing USD into your pipeline?
2. What would be required for USD to be more widely adopted?
3. How can studios, and vendors, best share Schemas?
